And why ‘There and Back?’ Because when I was little, and my brothers (all three of them!) and I were bundled into the car I’d ask my Mum and Dad where we were going and the standard reply: “There and Back to See How Far It Is!” and that kind of sums up life as a journey rather nicely.

There and Back is Back!
Inspired by one colleague and encouraged by another, I’ve decided to resume blogging! It was something I always enjoyed so it makes sense to give it another go. I’ve always valued honesty, and writing honestly, so this blog will be a candid account of me living my life! Ten years ago I’d have written ‘living my life with mental illness,’ but actually I no longer view life like that. It’s a continuum; we’re all on it. We all have good times, we all have bad times.
And why ‘There and Back?’ Because when I was little, and my brothers (all three of them!) and I were bundled into the car I’d ask my Mum and Dad where we were going and the standard reply: “There and Back to See How Far It Is!” and that kind of sums up life as a journey rather nicely.
